Insurance, FSA and HSA

Full payment for services rendered is due at the end of each session (except for remote sessions, which must be paid prior to your appointment), unless other arrangements have been discussed in advance. Upon request, we will provide a billing statement. You are responsible for the submission of your insurance claims. We do not work with insurance companies directly.

Your insurance may cover some or all of the costs of your treatments. If this is not clearly indicated in your insurance policy, you must contact your insurance provider directly for details.

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA) may also be used to cover the cost of services not covered by your insurance provider. Companies do not pay taxes on the dollars that employees dedicate to their FSA and HSA plans. For a complete list of covered services, review the IRS Publication 502.
